  • In Hawaiian, pa‘i means “to strike or hit” — the perfect word for pickleball! To us, it’s about playing hard, having fun, and spreading aloha on and off the court.

  • We’re proudly based in Hawai‘i, where our love for the sport and island culture inspires everything we create.

  • Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and check out using our secure payment system. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and changes can’t be guaranteed. Please email paipickleball@naneakaisales.com as soon as possible if you need help.

  • Yes! We ship to the U.S., Hawai‘i, and select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination.

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
    Estimated delivery times:

    • Hawai‘i & U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days

    • International: 10–21 business days (customs may affect timing)

    You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery in real time.

  • You can return or exchange unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
    Products must be in original packaging and condition.

  • All clearance and final-sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • We’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

  • Each product page includes a size guide to help you find your best fit. If you’re in between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed island fit.

  • We recommend machine-washing cold and tumble-drying low. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to keep your prints vibrant.

  • Many of our designs are unisex! We also offer women-specific fits and styles. Check each item description for sizing details.
